Veiled by Sanaa – 7-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Veiled by Sanaa, we hope you love your purchase! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery by contacting us. 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

Exclusions:

• Sale items and custom pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
